This group is for the woman who cares for their loved one struggling with a mental health condition. If you have felt alone, overwhelmed, and poured out as the caregiver for a mental health condition or crisis, this group is for you. Using “The Forgotten Caregiver of Mental Crisis”, written by the leader of this group, we will approach mental health crisis caregiving from a faith and science perspective. If you care for a loved one with past trauma, PTSD, addiction, suicidal thoughts or suicidal crisis, major depressive disorder, or another mental health condition, come to the group and find connection and support. We will also focus on the caregiver’s needs and support in order to be able to persevere in caregiving without burning out. This is a safe, supportive, compassionate, and trusted place for the one who’s been carrying it on their own for too long. Order the book, “The Forgotten Caregiver of Mental Crisis”, and please bring it to the first meeting. This group is for women only. It will begin Sunday, 2/22/26, at 6:45 pm, and meet for 6 weeks. Don’t caregive alone anymore. You can have support, connection, and resources to help as you continue in your caregiving journey.: Sunday @ 6:45 PM
