The Lawrence Police Department is preparing to repurpose the space for special service vehicles—and we get to help make it happen! 🧹 What we’ll be doing: Clearing out trash, old carpet, ceiling tiles, and appliances; Light outdoor cleanup (weeds, debris); Removing outdated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment; 🛠️ Got trade skills? We could use your help with: Reattaching exterior fascia; Tearing out old mechanical systems. This project is open to everyone—whether you’re ready to haul, clean, or lend your expertise.
