Join us as we help Agape Therapeutic Riding thank the staff and dedicated volunteers who serve there all year long. Heartland has the opportunity to come alongside Agape for their Volunteer/Staff Appreciation Party, helping make it a meaningful and encouraging day for the people who faithfully care for others behind the scenes. Our team will help with setup and teardown, including tables and chairs, and will also serve during the event by helping with activities, assisting with games, and stepping in wherever needed. More than just helping with an event, this is a chance to support Agape as they honor the people who make their ministry possible week after week. This is very much the kind of way we want to serve – with humility, gratitude, and a willingness to help make someone else’s work stronger. By serving well in a supporting role, we help Agape care for their own team and celebrate the people who give so much throughout the year. Because you will be serving as part of a Heartland volunteer team in this support role, you will not need to complete an Agape background check in order to participate. Come help us serve with joy as we support Agape in thanking and encouraging the volunteers and staff who make such a difference.
