This training module equips new volunteers with the vision, values, and practical skills needed to serve at Heartland Church. Through a series of lessons—including our mission and culture, safety and security guidelines, and role-specific training—volunteers will gain the knowledge and confidence to serve effectively. The module ensures every volunteer is aligned with our church’s heart for ministry, understands expectations, and is prepared to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Staff Onboarding

This training module is designed to help new staff members quickly feel at home while gaining the tools, resources, and understanding needed to thrive in their role. Through these lessons, you’ll learn about our mission and values, organizational culture, key policies and procedures, and the systems that keep our ministry running smoothly.
